Advanced Na filtration system that can reach 90% wastewater reduction and 30% K fertilizer need reduction. 30% of the water used in a hydroponic system ends up as wastewater. The main problem is the continuously increasing Na level. The wastewater contains fertilizers and needs significant energy to reproduce that amount of water. Our advanced filtration technology eliminates Na from the water, monitors the Na level and controls the filtration system. Our technology enables us to filter only the Na content of the water, therefore we can save 90% wastewater for you. On the other hand, you can use the fertilizer content of this water and we can reduce the K fertilizer usage.
Optical sensor-based insect pest monitoring: optimized pest management. Bug control is one of the key issues to maintain the health status of a hydroponic system. All of the greenhouses spend their time counting manually the activity of the harmful bugs. Our optical sensor monitors the bug presence, identifies the species and predicts the trend of these for the next few days to optimize the time of pest control.
Modular add-on to produce functional vegetables. This module aims to produce functional vegetables with minimal modification of the widely used technologies. Functional Grow consist of four parts: sensor board, dosing mechanism, micro-element liquids and the cloud-based AI that optimizes the dosing taking into account the characteristics of the water, greenhouse environment and plants. It is easy to implement to your greenhouse system: we build an independent dosing sector to your line, install the sensor board, wirelessly link your farm to our cloud-based AI, and you are ready to produce fresh, functional vegetables with longer shelf life. Water quality and optimization of the composition of the fertilizers in it is a continuous challenge in hydroponic systems. Laboratory tests, on-site tests, and embedded electrodes are the options to control it. We adapted a technology, that can identify the different materials in water using only one electrode. It is low-cost, low-maintenance, and able to detect different materials. We can substitute most of the ion-selective electrodes to make real-time water quality control cost-effective and real-time. Our sensors also monitor the greenhouse environment, and the actual phenological status of the plants.
